How do I log in to Vavada?

The login form works the same way on desktop and mobile:

1. Open the casino’s site and check the address bar.
2. Press “Log in” at the top of the page.
3. Enter the email or phone number you signed up with.
4. Enter your password. If two-factor authentication is on, complete that step too.
5. Once you are in, your username, status and wallet balance appear in the top right corner.

Vavada will not open: what is a working mirror?

A mirror is the same Vavada platform served from a different domain. In our own check, the account opened on a mirror instead of vavada.com, and every section and balance was identical. Mirror addresses change often, so we do not list them here: an outdated address can lead you to a fake site.

Get a working address only from the casino’s own channels: the live chat, emails sent to your account and the official social profiles linked in the site footer (Instagram v_playclub, Telegram v_connecte, YouTube @vavadaofficial). The live chat has a ready-made “Can’t log in” topic and promises a reply within minutes.

How to spot a fake Vavada login page

Search results and ads are full of pages that look like Vavada. Before typing your password, check three things: you reached the address through the casino’s own channel, the page does not ask for card details or your password “for verification” on a separate form, and after logging in your balance and status look right. If anything feels off, do not log in, and ask for the address in the live chat.

Forgot your Vavada password?

There is a “Forgot password” link under the login window (clause 6.1). The recovery message goes to the email or phone you registered with. If you have lost access to both, write to the live chat or to admin.vavada@proton.me; you may be asked to confirm your identity.

Protect the account with two-factor authentication

At the bottom of the profile there is a “Two-factor authentication” block; you turn it on by entering your current password. This matters because, under the terms, the casino is not liable for losses caused by someone else accessing your account (clauses 6.2–6.3).

What to do if your Vavada account is blocked

The terms list several reasons for suspending access: opening a second account, not providing requested documents, suspected fraud, and logging in from a country where gambling is prohibited. Accounts with no activity for 12 months can also be suspended; support restores them. Either way, start with the live chat or email, and ask for the reason and the documents required in writing.
