Responsible gambling
Gambling is paid entertainment, not a way to make money, and every bet carries a risk of loss. This page covers the warning signs, Vavada’s own self-exclusion tool and where to get help.
Warning signs
If several of these sound familiar, it is time to take a break:
- you spend more time and money than you planned;
- you raise your bets to win back losses;
- you borrow money to play or put off essential bills;
- you hide your gambling from people close to you;
- you feel irritable or anxious when you are not playing.
Tools available at Vavada
Under the casino’s responsible gaming policy you can exclude yourself. You can do this in your account settings or by writing to support, for either one year or permanently. Once active, access to all games is blocked for the chosen period. You can also ask for the account to be closed by emailing admin.vavada@proton.me.
Where to get help
These organisations offer free and confidential help with problem gambling:
- Gamblers Anonymous: mutual support groups in many countries;
- BeGambleAware: self-assessment tests and advice (also listed in Vavada’s own policy);
- GamCare: online chat and information.
If the problem is serious, talk to a psychologist or doctor. Asking for help is a sign of strength.
Age limit
Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over only. The casino can ask for proof of age; accounts of underage players are closed and their winnings voided.
