Registering at Vavada and verifying your account

Updated: · By vavada.az editorial team

Short answer: You open a Vavada account with an email or phone number and a password, which takes less than a minute. After that you add your name, date of birth and phone to the profile, and before withdrawing the casino may ask for an ID document. Each person may hold only one account.

How do I register at Vavada?

Clause 4.1 of the terms needs only two things: a login identifier and a password.

  1. Press “Sign up” on the casino’s site.
  2. Enter your email or phone number.
  3. Choose a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.
  4. Pick a wallet currency (a fiat currency or crypto).
  5. Accept the terms and confirm you are 18 or older.

New players get no-deposit free spins straight after sign-up; their terms are on the Bonuses page.

After registering: complete your profile

The profile has fields for surname, first name, middle name, date of birth, gender, language and country, and this is where you confirm your email. Enter details exactly as they appear on your ID: under the terms, false information can void winnings and close the account (clause 4.2). The country field also affects which payment methods the cashier shows.

Vavada verification (KYC): when and which documents

The profile has a “Verification” block. The casino says it will only ask you to confirm your identity when it is really necessary. In practice that is most often before the first large withdrawal.

Vavada registration verification document upload
Verification in the profile: up to 5 JPEG files, up to 5 MB each
  • ID: passport or national ID card (clause 5.1.1).
  • Extra checks: a photo with the document, a video or a biometric check may be requested (clause 4.3).
  • Source of funds: for larger amounts you may need to show where the money came from.
  • Format: JPEG, up to 5 files, up to 5 MB each.

The casino can hold withdrawals until verification is complete, so it makes sense to send documents early, right after your first deposit.

The one-account rule

Each player may open only one account. A second account in a relative’s or friend’s name counts as a duplicate and gets closed, and bonuses and winnings on such accounts can be voided. Deposits must also come only from cards or wallets in your own name (clause 8.5).

Who cannot register

People under 18 (or under the gambling age in their country), companies and other legal entities, and residents of sanctioned or FATF-listed jurisdictions. Politically exposed persons can register but face enhanced checks.

Accounts are opened only on the casino’s site; there is no registration on vavada.az.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need documents to register at Vavada?
Not to open an account: an email or phone number and a password are enough. The casino may ask for documents later, usually before the first large withdrawal: a passport or ID card, sometimes a photo holding it.
How old do I have to be to play at Vavada?
At least 18, or the legal gambling age in your country if it is higher. The casino can ask for proof of age at any time; accounts of underage players are closed and their winnings voided.
Can I open a second Vavada account?
No. Each person may hold only one account, and a second one counts as a duplicate and is closed. Winnings on accounts opened to claim bonuses again can also be voided.
Which currency should I choose at sign-up?
The one you will deposit in: a fiat currency or crypto. Bets and winnings are counted in the currency of the selected wallet, and if the currency does not match your profile country, local payment methods may not appear.
